Attention all Doctors of Chiropractic who wish to become licensed affiliates of PosturePerfect®, LLC and Cosmetic Chiropractic®. We are offering, during our 3 month pre launch period, 20% OFF on our product licensing. This discount will ONLY be available to the first 150 Doctors who sign up and pay the discounted fee for their license.

This fee must be paid in full to reserve your spot. A 3 mile radius will be established, as determined by intersections of major roads and highways, prior to any other Doctor in the area being licensed. This is not a franchise. We are offering licenses to DC offices to affiliate with "PosturePerfect®, LLC". The terms "PosturePerfect® " and "Cosmetic Chiropractic®" are Registered Trademarks of PosturePerfect®, LLC and can not be used by anyone who is not associated with PosturePerfect®, LLC.

We invite all DC's who wish to participate in becoming a licensed affiliate office of PosturePerfect®, LLC  to sign a licensing agreement with us. If we find that someone has already claimed the area around an office inside of the 3 mile radius, as determined by intesections of major roads and highways, a refund will be issued to that Doctor and they will be placed on a waiting list if they choose.

The Corporate Website is available to all DC's who are licensed with us and will have all the necessary information, services, products and materials available to them for their use in promoting their clinic. This website is for members ONLY and will be protected with the same due dilligence as mentioned above. We appreciate you as a new client and welcome you to PosturePerfect®, LLC .
